Insurance Advice is an AI-powered platform that provides factual policy analysis tools for licensed Australian insurance professionals, including brokers, underwriters, and risk managers. The platform analyses insurance policy documents (PDS) and generates structured outputs including coverage summaries, gap analysis, and compliance documentation.

Our platform provides factual information extraction and analysis tools only. All outputs are designed as decision-support materials for licensed professionals who hold an appropriate Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) and who make their own independent recommendations to their clients.

You acknowledge that you are a licensed insurance professional (or acting under the supervision of one) and that you are solely responsible for any advice, recommendations, or decisions you provide to your clients based on or informed by the platform's outputs.

To use the platform, you must be at least 18 years of age, be an Australian insurance professional or an authorised representative of an insurance firm, and provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Complimentary plan: You may create a free account with just an email — no credit card required. The Complimentary plan includes one lifetime PDS analysis so you can evaluate the platform before paying.

Paid plans: We offer two paid subscription tiers:

Individual — A$298/month or A$3,218/year (25 analyses per month, 1 seat).
Corporate — A$2,988/month or A$32,258/year (100 pooled analyses per month, up to 5 seats).

Enterprise pricing is available on request for larger firms requiring unlimited analyses, custom seat counts, and dedicated support.

All prices are in Australian dollars and are exclusive of GST. GST (10%) will be added at checkout for Australian customers. Annual billing represents a 10% saving over monthly billing.

Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe. You authorise us to charge your nominated payment method on each billing date.

Usage limits: Each plan includes a monthly analysis allocation as set out above. Unused analyses do not roll over to the next billing period.

Price changes: We may change our pricing with 30 days' written notice. Price changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.

30-day money-back guarantee: Every paid plan is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If Insurance Advice isn't right for you, email us within 30 days of your initial payment and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.

Monthly plans: After the 30-day money-back period, you may cancel at any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

Annual plans: After the 30-day money-back period, you may cancel at any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of the annual period with no further refund.

You agree not to use the platform to provide financial product advice to consumers without an appropriate AFSL; upload documents you do not have authorisation to access or analyse; attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or replicate our AI models or prompts; share your account credentials with unauthorised third parties; use the platform for any unlawful purpose; or interfere with the platform's security or operation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Our AI analysis outputs are generated automatically and include confidence scores to indicate reliability. While we strive for accuracy, AI outputs may contain errors, omissions, or misinterpretations. You acknowledge that:

All AI outputs require professional review before being relied upon or shared with clients; AI outputs do not replace your professional judgement, training, or due diligence obligations; we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any analysis output; and you are solely responsible for verifying AI outputs against the source documents before acting on them.

Every analysis output includes source citations and page references so you can verify findings against the original document.

Our IP: The platform, including its design, software, AI models, prompts, and documentation, is owned by Insurance Advice. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for your business purposes.

Your content: You retain all rights to the documents you upload and the data you input. By uploading documents, you grant us a limited licence to process them through our AI engine for the purpose of providing analysis services to you.

Analysis outputs: You may use, download, and share analysis outputs generated by the platform for your legitimate business purposes, including sharing with clients and compliance teams.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Insurance Advice's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the platform is limited to the fees you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising from your use of the platform or reliance on AI outputs.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Insurance Advice from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your breach of these Terms, any advice or recommendations you provide to your clients, or your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

We aim to provide reliable, uninterrupted access to the platform but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or security purposes. We will provide reasonable notice of planned maintenance where possible.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or engage in conduct that is harmful to other users or the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. We will retain your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and legal retention obligations.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may cancel your subscription before they take effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
